01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vc33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the vc33 online betting and casino platform operating at https://vc33.io and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vc33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created and maintained by a player on vc33 following successful registration.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the total of real-money funds credited to a player's vc33 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account under a specific offer, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a player on a sports betting market, casino game, slot game, or any other gaming product offered on vc33.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the vc33 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" refers to the identity verification procedures vc33 applies to player accounts in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time references on the vc33 platform.

02Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

vc33 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or government-issued identification confirming your date of birth.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The vc33 platform is operated with primary focus on the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of vc33 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. vc33 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in all locations.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a vc33 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on vc33. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• Corporate entities, automated scripts, or bots may not register accounts on vc33.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity details.
• vc33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vc33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a national identity card (NID), passport, bank statement, or mobile banking statement confirming your registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges until verification is complete.

03Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vc33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vc33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify vc33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. vc33 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected security breach.

3.2 Account Currency

All vc33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in BDT. vc33 does not support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion at the time of deposit from any payment method denominated in a currency other than BDT is handled by the relevant payment provider and vc33 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your vc33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. vc33 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of breach of these Terms.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vc33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

vc33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Changes to available payment methods will be communicated via the platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

vc33 will only accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

vc33 may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity appears inconsistent with historical patterns, or as part of routine anti-money laundering checks. vc33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

vc33 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are monitored and vc33 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount, with excess winnings paid via bank transfer or mobile banking as directed by vc33.

05Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on vc33 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• vc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
• Free bet offers are non-transferable and carry no cash value until the stated wagering conditions are fulfilled.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific offer terms, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount before withdrawing). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% while certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion details.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

vc33 may run time-limited promotional campaigns tied to the cricket calendar — including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — as well as cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All seasonal offers are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any offer-specific terms.

06Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on vc33 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming a wager. vc33 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed, except where a market is voided in accordance with these rules.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. vc33 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where account activity is identified as inconsistent with recreational play patterns.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; technical errors cause incorrect odds to be displayed materially divergent from fair market value; or vc33 determines that the bet was placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Live odds are dynamic and may be suspended at any time during play. Bets submitted during a period when odds are suspended will be declined and no stake will be deducted. vc33 is not responsible for connectivity issues preventing a player from placing a live bet.

6.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, the following rules apply: match betting markets require a minimum number of overs to be completed for bets to stand, as stated in the market rules. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method (DLS) adjustments, and reduced-over matches are handled per the rules stated in each specific market. In the event of a Super Over, standard match betting markets will be settled on the result prior to the Super Over unless otherwise stated.

07Casino & Slots

The vc33 casino and slots offering is powered by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are governed by their respective studio's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and Return to Player (RTP) specifications, which are independently audited.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vc33 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account (whether under the same or different identities).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games or betting markets ("advantage play" of this nature).
• Collusion with other players, including in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using vc33 as a vehicle to process funds of unlawful origin through deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using someone else's payment method or account details without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting event manipulation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vc33 staff or other players in any communication channel.

09Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vc33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the vc33 platform without prior written consent from vc33.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

vc33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vc33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vc33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures (including payment provider outages), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform functions. vc33 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime where practicable.

12Privacy & Data

vc33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on vc33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vc33 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. 13Amendments to These Terms

vc33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In cases of urgent changes required to address fraud, security vulnerabilities, or legal compliance, amendments may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the vc33 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vc33 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform and makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond what is stated herein.

In the event of a dispute between you and vc33 arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. vc33 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral award specifies otherwise. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
